Before starting my career in recruitment, I studied French and Japanese at the University of Manchester; 6 months living in Toulouse and Tokyo were definitely the highlights! My career in recruitment commenced at Michael Page, where I had the fortune of starting my journey helping internal auditors, risk managers and internal controls specialists find new exciting roles. Now at IAC, my love for the governance profession continues; I head up our in-house internal audit, risk management, internal controls and compliance team. We cover a global remit, and therefore can help you recruit people across any location; UK, EU, US, Asia, Middle East etc.

Recruitment is not my only role in IAC; over the past 5 years I have created our Women in Audit and Women in Leadership forums, as well as leading webinars which help governance individuals to network and learn more about their profession. I always welcome new topic ideas, so if you have a particular topic of interest in mind, feel free to reach out.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on long walks around Kent, trying out new restaurants, and socialising with friends and family. Oh, and watching perhaps way too many reality TV shows…
