Hello, I was one of the founding partners at IAC way back in 2011 so it’s been a privilege to watch the brand and its people grow and succeed since then.  I have a genuine passion for internal and risk management recruitment and have specialised in this area for over 20 years now. I learned my trade whilst working for two of the largest recruitment brand in search before establishing IAC. I now lead our search practice and focus on Head of Risk, Audit and Controls positions for organisations in the industrial & commercial sectors.

My children are a little older now so outside of work I have time to enjoy golf and I’m a season ticket holder at Saracens.
