Hi, I’m David, MD and founder of IAC. Every day continues to be an exciting journey as IAC grows and expands, especially as we strive to make changes within Sustainability and D&I. I love working with a dynamic and exciting team and think recruitment is as exciting (if a little different!) to my previous time in the military.

Outside of work, I’m lucky enough to spend time with my wife and two children, which keep my weekends as busy as my weekdays!In my moments of relaxation I love reading, running and being anywhere green and wild, preferably in the mountains.
