We have worked in the senior risk and internal audit search market for many years across a diverse range of industries and geographies and have developed incredibly strong relationships with a broad range of clients within FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 businesses.
As with all our services, our genuine human approach is what sets us apart. Our lead consultant Guy Stacey has cultivated a uniquely deep relationship with this community that stretches back over 20 years. He is regularly asked to speak at discipline focused events arranged by the Institute of Internal Auditors and the 'Big 4' firms because of his specialist knowledge.
A rigorous search process and a market-leading research function underpins our meticulous methodology. Guy is actively involved throughout each assignment in a 'hands on' capacity supported by an exceptional research team that works at pace until we have secured a successful outcome.
Although we're based in the heart of London, we are a global business, with an international network. We know the right person might not be in the same industry or continent, and regularly source and relocate talent internationally if appropriate.
