Welcome Aaron! Please tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hi! I’m Aaron. I am 25 years old and from a little town in the south- west of Ireland. For the last 8 years I have worked for myself within the Irish Nightlife and Hospitality sector. From DJ-ing to starting my own events company I have always loved hosting events and having the opportunity to create exciting experiences for people. This of course led me to taking the next step in my career; recruitment – and is how I find myself now at IAC in this stunning office in Soho, London.
What’s your first week been like at IAC?
I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into the recruitment industry. David Haylor (IAC MD) and his amazing team have made me feel so welcome, right from the very start. I’m only a week in and I feel Iike I have friends for life.
What attracted you to IAC?
IAC are industry leaders; they are number 1 at what they do and they simply aren’t your stereotypical recruitment agency. Both David’s vison and his amazing leadership naturally drew me to IAC

I would have to say its IACs flexibility. It’s an empowering feeling knowing I can make my work-life fit my lifestyle.
What motivates you at work?
The remarkable team at IAC motivate me every day, Julia, Sheena, Chris, Dan and David are in a league of their own. Their level of professionalism and knowledge drives me every day… I’ve heard the commission is pretty good too!!
What’s been the highlight of 2021 so far for you?
Moving to London with my girlfriend Laura, it’s been a dream of ours for many years – we can’t wait to see more of this incredible city and experience everything it has to offer.
