IAC are delighted to be able to support the excellent programme, #1000blackinterns. The statistics, as backed up by our own work and research at IAC demonstrates that across all industries the black community (along with many others) are underrepresented in leadership across the UK.

There are many touchpoints that can change this, but we always think the best place to start is the beginning. With this in mind, we will be partnering with this initiative in 2021 to bring black interns into our organisation and show them what a career could look like and how organisations like IAC could help them to get there. WOMEN IN AUDIT

A hugely successful initiative that brings together brilliant minds across a multitude of areas. With guest speakers including Zoe Williams (Luminary Mindset), Carolyn Clarke (Brave Consultancy), Caroline Pankhurst (Be Braver) and Liz Wright (RSM). IAC look to provide developmental sessions around softer skills for our clients and candidates, we do this by working with specialist leadership coaches and senior professionals within the audit space to help to further develop future generations. Contact: info@iac-recruit.com
